> he watches the news, The tests that they did were successful, they managed to transport an object between two far apart locations as long as the transmitters were paired correctly. Its not like they were going to make this technology public any time soon however because they are greedy bastards.
> He looks at his deck of cards. He knows that they are semi magical in nature but he only really experimented with them one time before. He puts them down beside him and continues to watch the news. Other than the recent breakthrough nothing really interesting is happening.
> Jack feels pretty tired physically too but more so hes tired of the certain circumstances he finds himself in. he wishes it would all just go away and he could go somewhere else for a change. Maybe if he had that device it would be able to take him to a paradise land.
> That would be fantasy bullshit anyway.
> He Sighs. He wishes he knew other people just to hang out with, to talk about his problems with. He wishes his life was different.
> He dreams about what it would be like if he could do all those things that those in power could. Hubris sweet jack. You indeed could not make everything better with your cunning wit.

--A FEW DAYS PASS--
> Jack has been having increasing numbers of vision in the past few days. He has recurring visions of these two girls but he has not been able to decipher if it is reality unlike the other visions or if it is merely an illusion. He has barely been able to decipher any information about them.
> Yesterday approximately someone had stolen one of those devices from the government. Of course the transmitter was disabled so when they tried to use it the device just elicited unexpected behaviour. The person was presumed dead and the device was never seen again. Jack wondered recently if he could try to find it he looked around and never really found anything but he didnt even try that hard. He went to look in his garden today recently. He wasnt really looking for anything specific and was mostly just bored. Under the ground lay an ashy remote with a single button on it. The remote was covered in a blood splatter. He tries to press it nervously and with his eyes closed but it doesnt work. The device is put down on the table.
> Jack sits down, tired as always. He closes his eyes gently drifting off...
> He sees a girl. Her skin is crimson her eyes are orange. Looking into the distance her face glistens in the harsh red sun of her planet. You may know her as lilith, she says her name to someone as Jack sees the vision, but you dont know why she is saying this. And before you can get any more context the vision fades away. Jack is frustrated he wishes it would focus more but he cannot control what he sees.
